3 types of room categories are available.
- Superior rooms
- Deluxe suite rooms
- Presidential suite
2. What is the size of your rooms?
Superior room - 290 sq. ft. | Deluxe Suite - 590 sq. ft. | Tanjore Suite - 1,031 sq. ft.
3. Do rooms have balconies with city views?
Some rooms offer scenic city views, but balconies are limited.
4. Are smoking rooms available?
No, all rooms are non-smoking, but designated smoking areas are available.
5. Is the hotel suitable for families and business travellers?
Yes, the hotel caters to both families and business travellers offering leisure and corporate facilities.
6. Where is Accord Puducherry located?
Accord Puducherry is located in the heart of Puducherry, close to major attractions and the beach.
7. What are the check-in and check-out timings?
Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 12:00 PM.
8. Is parking available at the hotel?
Yes, complimentary valet parking is available for guests.
9. What is the cancellation policy?
The cancellation policy varies based on the booking type. Basically, before 48 hours, any cancellation that happens is not charged.
10. What kind of views you have?
We have city views & swimming pool views.
11. Do you have room with a bathtub?
Yes we do have a bathtub in all the Deluxe Suites and Jacuzzi in Tanjore Suites.
12. What is your Wi-Fi speed?

13. Do you have a smart TV (app connectivity)?
Yes, all the Deluxe Suites and Tanjore Suites have smart TVs.
14. Do you have lift service?
Yes, we have 2 elevators for guests and 2 for staff.
15. Do you have a room heater?
No, we don’t have.
16. Do you have A/C in all rooms?
Yes our all the room’s are connected with centralised AC.
17. Do you have HDMI cable to connect from mobile to TV?
Yes, we do have.
18. Do you have tablets?
We don’t have.
19. Can we have free room upgrade?
We will provide (subject to availability).
20. Do you have discount on F&B?
Yes, we have 15% for in-house guest.
21. Does the hotel provide airport or railway station transfers?
Yes, transfers can be arranged on request at an additional charge.
22. What are the nearby sightseeing spots?
Rock beach, White Town, Paradise Beach, Hidden Beach, Auroville, Manakula Vinayagar Temple, Aurobindo Ashram, and Chunnambar Boat House.

Yes, we do have.
24. Do you provide free driver food?
We provide only accommodation.

- Zodiac (located at lobby level with 42 cover seating capacity, from 11:00 AMÂ to 11:00 PM)- Offers a wide range of international liquors, draught beers, cocktails, and mocktails.
- Essence Brew (located at 4th floor with 42 cover seating capacity from 11:00 AMÂ to 11:00 PM).
- Speciality:Â Offers 6 types of fresh crafted beers which are unique in the city.

Yes, we have a spa, it’s located at M floor.
38. What is your signature dish?
Our signature dish is Chicken Spiedini.
39. What type of food can you provide for infants?
Khichidi for babies, oats & rice kanji.
40. Is your kitchen is separate for vegetarian & non vegetarian?
No, but we use separate vessels for vegetarian and non vegetarian.
41. Do you provide Jain food?
Yes, vegetarian, Jain-friendly, and vegan meal options are available.
42. Is room service available?
Yes, 24/7 in-room dining is available but after 11:00 PM, round o’clock menu is available.
43. Do you have conference hall facilities?
Yes we do have conference hall facilities.
- Crystal 1 & Crystal 2 - 3,432 sq. ft., located at ground floor.
- Sapphire - 703 sq. ft., located in Mezzanine floor.
- Emerald I - 874 sq. ft., located in Mezzanine floor.
- Emerald II - 704 sq. ft., located in Mezzanine floor.

44. Is there a candle light dinner facility available?
Yes, we do arrange for candle light dinners near the swimming pool area.
45. What is your restaurant timings?
Breakfast 7:00 AM - 10:00 AM | Lunch 12:30 PM – 3:00 PM | Dinner 7:30 PM – 10:30 PM
46. Do you offer birthday or anniversary arrangements?
Yes, we will arrange for special occasions as per guest requirements.
47. Are there any allergens in the dishes?
It depends on the dish that the guest orders.
